2009 Tour Down Under Coverage on Cycling.tv

The 2009 Tour Down Under (and Lance Armstrong's comeback) is just days away and we will of course have our Tour Down Under Guide to Live Coverage and daily video clips and articles.  More info to come in the days ahead.

In the meantime, Cycling.tv have informed us that they will have highlights and some live streaming video coverage (final day) according to the following schedule (market restrictions/geo-blocking noted below):

18 January; 12:30-13:15 (GMT) - Cancer Council Classic
20 January; 10:30-11:15 (GMT) - Stage One
21 January; 10:30-11:15 (GMT) - Stage Two
22 January; 10:30-11:15 (GMT) - Stage Three
23 January; 10:30-11:15 (GMT) - Stage Four
24 January; 10:30-11:15 (GMT) - Stage Five
25 January; 04.00-05.00 / 9:30-10:15 (GMT) - Stage Six (live / highlights)

You can watch the Tour Down Under on Cycling TV with the Premium and Silver/Gold bundles. Every day they will have a 26 minutes highlights package for you to enjoy at your leisure.  The final hour of the race on the last day will be shown LIVE.

Highlights will be available worldwide (delayed in US and UK) except to customers in France, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Israel which will be geo-blocked.  Live coverage on the final day will be available worldwide except to customers in the UK, US, France, Australia, and Denmark.

Note:  There should be alternatives in some markets for the final day live streaming.  (eg, Versus in the U.S.)  We will list any alternatives in our Tour Down Under Live Guide with multiple updates each day of the race.
