Today's Criterium du Dauphine Stage 7 finishes on the circuit in gorgeous Sallanches, site of the 1980 World Championships, won by Bernard Hinault.  With the Mont Blanc mountain range as a backdrop, the circuit was also featured during the 2005 Dauphine Libere (photo above).
